About Charlie Hart
Charlie Hart works with organisations to create inclusive, people-focused cultures where every kind of mind can thrive. Combining professional expertise with lived experience as an Autistic, ADHD and LGBTQIA+ professional with cPTSD, Charlie brings a unique perspective to conversations around inclusion, belonging, employee engagement, and psychological safety.
With a strong background in HR analytics, Charlie helps organisations understand the strategic business case for neuroinclusion — demonstrating how inclusive workplaces can drive innovation, improve retention, strengthen employee value propositions, and support long-term organisational success.
Charlie speaks on topics including neurodiversity inclusion, universal accessibility, person-centred approaches to workplace success, intersecting identities, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and the future of work. Their sessions range from keynote speeches and lunch-and-learns to workshops and training programmes, all designed to provide practical insight alongside meaningful cultural change.
Working alongside eldest child, Azi Court, Charlie also explores the future of work through an intergenerational lens, offering insight into the expectations, motivations, and values of Gen Z entering the workplace today. Together, they help organisations better understand how to attract, engage, and retain emerging talent in an evolving workforce landscape.
Charlie holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Personnel Management, a Diploma in Human Resources Management, and professional memberships with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the Professional Speaking Association, and the Institute of Equality and Diversity Professionals.
Alongside 20 years working in HR analyst roles, Charlie has spent the past seven years delivering impactful talks and working closely with ERGs and EDI steering groups to help organisations build more inclusive and effective workplace cultures.
