About Pat Sharp
Pat Sharp is one of the UK’s best-known broadcasters and entertainers, best known for hosting ITV’s iconic Fun House for ten years. With a career spanning more than four decades, he has enjoyed success across television, radio, music and live events.
Pat began his career on BBC Radio 1 in 1982 before spending ten years at Capital FM and later taking Heart London’s mid-morning show to number one. Alongside Fun House, he presented programmes including What’s Up Doc?, 10 Sharp and The Gala Opening of Euro Disney, while also becoming one of the pioneering hosts of Sky Channel’s music programming across Europe.
As part of the Stock Aitken Waterman duo Pat & Mick, he achieved seven hit singles and helped raise more than £300,000 for charity. His many television appearances include I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, Celebrity Come Dine with Me, Pointless Celebrities, The Weakest Link and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown.
Today, Pat remains a hugely popular host and DJ, regularly performing at corporate events, festivals and international venues. Combining humour, professionalism and decades of entertainment experience, he continues to be one of the UK’s most recognisable and in-demand personalities.
