Mike Bushell is a highly respected sports journalist, broadcaster and presenter whose enthusiasm for sport has made him a familiar face to audiences across the UK.

As the longest-serving sports presenter on BBC Breakfast, Mike has built a reputation for bringing sport to life by getting involved himself. Over the course of his career, he has profiled and participated in hundreds of different sports and activities, from mainstream disciplines to some of the world’s most unusual pursuits, helping inspire viewers to get active and discover a sport that suits them.

Alongside his celebrated BBC Breakfast role, Mike has covered some of the world’s biggest sporting events, including the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Football World Cups, Rugby World Cups and Commonwealth Games.
