Kyran Bracken MBE

Kyran Bracken MBE is a former England rugby international, Rugby World Cup winner, businessman and television personality. During a distinguished playing career spanning more than a decade, he earned over 50 caps for England, represented the British & Irish Lions and played more than 170 times for Saracens, where he also served as captain.

A key member of England’s historic 2003 Rugby World Cup-winning squad, Kyran is renowned for his leadership, resilience and ability to perform under pressure. His career was far from straightforward, with significant injuries threatening to derail his ambitions, making his achievements all the more remarkable.

Before rugby became professional, Kyran balanced top-level sport with a successful legal career, providing him with a unique perspective on leadership, teamwork and high performance. Today, he draws on these experiences to deliver engaging keynote speeches on leadership, culture, resilience, overcoming adversity and achieving success through collective effort.

Following his retirement from rugby, Kyran successfully transitioned into broadcasting, business and entertainment. He became a regular rugby pundit for the BBC and Sky Sports and famously won ITV’s Dancing on Ice, later touring professionally and launching his own ice-skating events business. He also runs a successful property development company.
