 Theo’s extensive experience in HR and recruitment spans roles such as Recruitment Manager for the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence and advisor for TapIn. He also hosts the “Talent Hacks for Scaleups” podcast, sharing his expertise to help businesses embrace neurodiversity and harness its benefits.

Additionally, Theo is currently Vice President of Customer Acquisition for Zinc Work, where he spearheads efforts to transform the background check process for recruiters and businesses, ensuring a more inclusive and equitable candidate screening process. He co-authored “Neurodiversity at Work” and hosts the insightful podcast “Neurodiversity – Eliminating Kryptonite & Enabling Superheroes.”
