Lyndsey Simpson is the founder and CEO of 55/Redefined Group, a global expert in age inclusion in the workplace. She established the company in 2021 to advocate for age diversity, positivity, and inclusion across all areas of life for those over 50. The group consists of three companies: Work/Redefined, Jobs/Redefined, and Life/Redefined, offering services ranging from employer consultancy to job seeking and lifestyle platforms.
Lyndsey’s work focuses on helping businesses attract, retain, and upskill over-50 talent, as well as developing age-inclusive strategies. Previously, she was CEO of The Curve Group, an HR and recruitment outsourcer, before exiting her investment in 2020. Simpson’s early career was in financial services. She has been recognised as one of the ‘UK’s Top 35 Businesswomen’ by Management Today and The Sunday Times, and is listed among the UK’s ’50 Most Inspirational Female Entrepreneurs’.
In 2024, Lyndsey was shortlisted for the Veuve Clicquot Bold Future Award. She regularly speaks at industry events and contributes to discussions on age diversity in the workplace.
