About Eilish McColgan

In the summer of 2022, Eilish competed in the World and European Championships and Commonwealth Games in a packed schedule. – six high profile finals in little over a month that returned four medals, including gold for Scotland in the 10,000m on the track in Birmingham where she was roared on by a packed stadium in one of the sporting highlights of the year.

In 2023, she set British Records for 10K and Half Marathon.

In one of the toughest sports, invariably taking on the might of talent from east Africa, the proud Dundonian has thrived in the past decade, continually improving to make major finals, win global medals and set national and home nation records across a range of distances.

Eilish has spoken at numerous corporate and ticketed public speaking engagements alone and with her mother Liz McColgan.
