In a career spanning five decades, Brian has appeared in award winning West End musicals and television sitcoms, presented his own chat show and completed numerous sell out tours of the UK. Brian Conley proudly appeared a record eight times on The Royal Variety Performance. He also plays the iconic loveable rogue, Rocky Cant, in Eastenders. Few performers working in show business today share the hours of live entertainment experience Brian has, and as such he is a superb speaker, comedy performer and host for your next private or corporate event.
Brian Conley started out in comedy, where he became an instant hit with audiences. Additionally, he also had huge success in the west end. He played lead role in musicals including Me and My Girl, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Hairspray, Oliver!, The Music Man, Barnum and Jolson for which he was nominated for a prestigious Laurence Olivier Award. In 2019, Brian starred in the Dolly Parton musical 9 to 5 and played Scrooge in a Christmas Carol at the Dominion Theatre in 2020. A huge favourite in Panto, Brian has performed all over the country.
Having started his career as a warm-up for television personalities such as Kenny Everett and Terry Wogan, it wasn’t long before Brian was offered the chance to star in his own comedy programme. LWT commissioned The Brian Conley Show, a variety show that quickly became Britain’s most watched entertainment show.
