With 55 caps and 31 tries, he remains the country’s second-highest scoring centre and a standout performer on the international stage. His career saw him represent Harlequins, Leicester Tigers and the British & Irish Lions, earning a reputation for intelligence, precision and unwavering determination.
After retiring from professional rugby, Will built an impressive second career in media and business. A popular analyst for Sky Sports and long-running columnist for the Daily Telegraph, he is admired for his sharp insight, humour and articulate commentary. His experience on HSBC’s trading floor—combined with elite sporting success—gives him a unique perspective on leadership, teamwork, resilience and high-performance culture.

He has also fronted Sky’s School of Hard Knocks and even spent time teaching maths at a Berkshire secondary school, reflecting his commitment to mentoring and personal development.
Engaging, witty and brilliantly relatable, Will is a natural storyteller who brings boardrooms, conferences and after-dinner audiences to life.
