About Rob Brydon

Rob Brydon began his career as a DJ on Radio Wales. He then went on to capture audiences’ attention as Keith Barret in the acclaimed comedy Marion and Geoff, playing the endlessly optimistic chauffeur whose bittersweet and painfully funny stories won widespread praise. The success of the series led to The Keith Barret Show, cementing Rob’s reputation as one of Britain’s leading comic talents.

Rob then became a household name through his much-loved portrayal of Uncle Bryn in Gavin & Stacey, while also starring alongside Steve Coogan in the hugely successful The Trip series. His extensive television credits include I’m Alan Partridge, Little Britain, Black Books and countless appearances on popular panel and comedy shows including Have I Got News For You, QI and Just A Minute.

Alongside television, Rob has appeared in numerous feature films, including 24 Hour Party People, Holmes & Watson, The Huntsman and The Trip to… films, showcasing his versatility across comedy and acting.

A seasoned performer and accomplished host, Rob is renowned for his warmth, timing and ability to engage audiences of all kinds. Combining sharp humour, brilliant storytelling, music and his famous impressions of Welsh and Hollywood icons, Rob brings charm, laughter and energy to every event.
