Mich Turner MBE

Mich Turner MBE founded her Company in 1999 after graduating with an Honours Degree in Food Science and Nutrition. Her first job was working as a buyer at Harvey Nichols.

Mich is now considered a leading force in the world of baking and a successful business woman.  Moreover she leads a team of creative designers and is supported by a talented production team.  The company’s cake designs are regularly featured in the most esteemed publications.  These include ‘Vogue’, ‘Harpers and Queen’, ‘You and Your Wedding’, ‘Brides’, ‘Sunday Times Style’, ‘Sunday Telegraph’, ‘You Magazine’, ‘Style’, ‘Wedding’, ‘Wedding Day’ and ‘Tatler’.

Mich also supplies many of London’s most prestigious hotels. These include Claridge’s, The Lanesborough, The Mandarin Oriental, The Berkeley, The Ritz, The Four Seasons and The Dorchester.   She also provides cakes for Harrods and Harvey Nichols and for the movie ‘Nanny McPhee’.

Furthermore, an author of seven internationally published books, she is a judge on ITV’s Britain’s Best Baker. In addition, she is an ambassador for the Scottish Baker’s Association and consultant to the baking and hospitality industry.
