Nicky is an impressive speaker on education, financial services, BREXIT, digital tech, the arts and media. Formerly the member of parliament for Loughborough for nine years, she stood down in November 2019.

Twice a Cabinet Minister, she served under both David Cameron and Boris Johnson.

The Baroness Morgan of Cotes stepped down from the Cabinet as Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport in February 2020. Nicky speaks on education, financial services, BREXIT, digital tech, the arts and media.

Helen Newlove

A Parliamentary peer, campaigner and former Victims’ Commissioner Helen Newlove’s life fell apart on 12 August 2007. This was the day her husband Gary was kicked to death by a bunch of yobs.

As a result she has devoted her time to fighting the UK’s binge-drinking culture and anti-social behaviour. She tirelessly lobbies for improved support for victims of crime. Furthermore Helen also continues to push for tougher sentences for those criminals who destroy other people’s lives. In addition she is Deputy Speaker in the House of Lords and the Deputy Chairman of Committees in the House of Lords too.

Helen speaks about crime, finding your voice, courage, career, bereavement, success and her House of Lord’s Journey. Baroness Newlove became Pro Vice Chancellor or Bolton University in 2019.
