About Asif Sadiq
Previously, Asif was Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact at adidas, and has held senior executive roles at The Telegraph Media Group, EY Financial Services, and the City of London Police. His career spans Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, giving him a truly global perspective on building inclusive organisations at scale.
Asif is widely credited with delivering impactful global DEI strategies and programmes that create strong cultures of belonging and enable genuinely diverse workplaces to thrive. He is known for embedding diversity and inclusion into every aspect of business strategy, aligning internal culture with external impact to drive innovation, creativity and inclusive products and services.
Alongside his executive role, Asif serves on the board of the American Institute of Chartered Accountants, is a board advisor to Hedley May, and a non-executive board member at Kaplan International. His influence extends beyond corporate leadership into governance, policy and advisory work at the highest level.
A multi-award-winning DEI, sustainability and social impact leader, Asif has been recognised as one of the most influential global D&I leaders by Hive Learning, named to the CIPD Top 20 Power List, and is a LinkedIn Influencer. His accolades include being Highly Commended for Head of Diversity at the European Diversity Awards, receiving an MBE in 2017, and being granted the Freedom of the City of London in 2016.
