Ed Gamble

A familiar face across British television, Ed won series nine of the hit show Taskmaster and later returned for the Champions of Champions special, while also hosting the popular Taskmaster Podcast. He became one of the most frequent regulars on Mock the Week, appearing in more than 30 episodes between 2015 and 2021, and has also served as a judge on BBC Two’s Great British Menu. His extensive presenting and panel show credits include Pointless, Blankety Blank, Roast Battle, Richard Osman’s House of Games and Hypothetical.

Alongside his broadcasting work, Ed is an acclaimed live performer with multiple sell-out stand-up tours to his name, including Electric, Blizzard and Hot Diggity Dog, which has been extended internationally through 2026 following huge demand. He has twice appeared on Live at the Apollo and has performed on The Royal Variety Performance and The Russell Howard Hour.
