Prue Leith
Prue Leith is a Great British Bake Off judge and former judge on the BBC’s Great British Menu. She is also a Michelin Star Chef and the author of many books. One of the Country’s foremost authority on all things culinary, she is also known for her formidable business acumen. She is a wonderful after dinner speaker as well as an accomplished event host and facilitator. With a fan base of varying ages, backgrounds and professions, Prue is a guaranteed crowd pleaser as an after dinner speaker or live demonstrator.

Prue Leith first took up her role as TV judge on the Great British Bake Off in 2016 and has been adored by fans ever since. Alongside Paul Hollywood, Prue judges the amateur bakers work, and the duos on screen dynamic is the highlight of the show for many.
With an entrepreneurial spirit and natural talent in the kitchen, Prue has gone on to open a Michelin starred restaurant in London, founded Leith’s School of Food and Wine and the Prue Leith Chef’s Academy in her home country.
As a chef, her reputation in the industry is formidable and Prue Leith has appeared across the media as a much loved expert. From regularly contributing columns to major publications like The Guardian and Daily Mail, to producing twelve cookery books and seven cooking based novels, Prue Leith has captured the market across platforms.
