Eniola Aluko
Eniola Aluko is a former England footballer turned football executive, broadcaster, and solicitor. She played for Chelsea, Juventus, and Team GB, earning 104 England caps. A law graduate, she became Aston Villa Women’s first Sporting Director and co-owns Como Women FC. An ITV and Amazon analyst, Adidas ambassador, and keynote speaker, she was awarded an MBE in 2023.

Eniola Aluko is a former professional footballer who represented Chelsea, Juventus and England making 104 appearances over 11 years and playing for Great Britain in 2012 London Olympics.
She leads a multi-hyphenate career after graduating from Brunel University with a First class honors in Law (LLB) in 2008 and qualified as a UK solicitor. She is a football broadcaster and football executive holding notable roles such as the first ever Sporting Director for the high-profile women’s teams Aston Villa and Angel City FC in Los Angeles. Eni became the first black woman to own stakes in a football club in Italy after her investment in Como Women FC in early 2024 with Mercury 13 Investment group.
She appears regularly as a football analyst for ITV, Amazon and Fox Sports, covering the biggest international and club competitions across men’s and women’s football.
She holds ambassadorial roles for Adidas and Chelsea FC and has delivered keynote speeches for some of the world’s renowned corporate businesses such as Bloomberg, Latham & Watkins, Nomura Bank, Barclays, Deloitte, Avon, JPMC., Forbes and Vogue on subjects including high performance, diversity & inclusion, women in leadership, team culture, resilience and online safety legislation.
She was honoured with an MBE in November 2023.
