About Dr Honor Doro Townshend

Dr Honor Doro Townshend is a presenter, researcher and lecturer in all thing’s true crime and Criminology.  She has a background in the study of all elements of Criminology, from theory to criminal justice, and has been part of major academic research projects researching substance use, online behaviours and gender.

She has written multiple news articles, papers and book chapters across a variety of topic areas, but is perhaps the most recognised for her work as a presenter and expert in true crime programmes and podcasts on Amazon Prime, Chann3l 4, Crime + Investigation, Channel 5, Discovery, Vice World News, and more.

She has worked in the past, at Bucks Music Group, a global independent publisher of music from artists such as David Bowie, DJ Fresh, Blood Red Shoes and Black Sabbath, to name a few, Honor works part-time in the renowned Sync team as Junior Sync.
