Denise Van Outen is a multi-talented TV presenter and stage actress, known for her roles in "Chicago," "Legally Blonde," and "EastEnders." She has written popular pregnancy books, launched a maternity clothing line, and judged on "Ireland's Got Talent." Denise is also a brand ambassador, social media influencer, and passionate fundraiser.
About Denise Van Outen
Denise Van Outen has enjoyed huge success on screen and stage since her first break came in 1996 with The Big Breakfast, where she joined as a presenter. She has appeared on the stage with great success with starring roles in Chicago (West End and Broadway), Tell Me on a Sunday (West End), Legally Blonde (West End) and Rent (West End).
Whilst pregnant with her daughter, Denise designed and launched her own maternity clothing range with Very, and wrote a book about her experiences of pregnancy called Bumpalicious. The book proved so popular that Denise released a follow up called ‘Adventures of Parenthood’.
In 2015 Denise landed herself a role on Eastenders as part of the shows 30th Anniversary celebrations and more recently has enjoyed being a Judge for two seasons of Ireland’s Got Talent for TV3. Since then, Denise has continued to appear in a variety of shows with the UK version of the hit TV Show ‘The Masked Singer’ appearing as ‘Fox’, Dancing on Ice, and Celebrity: The Circle, being the more recent ones.
Since 2016 Denise has been the brand ambassador for high street retailer Matalan, championing the brand across print, TV and online media. Denise has also partnered with a range of brands on her social accounts including, Hello Fresh, Dr PawPaw, Hartleys and Ninja Food. In 2021, Denise was one of the famous faces taking part in the census campaign and she featured in the online and tv advertising.
Denise is a passionate fundraiser, and in the past has embarked on huge personal challenges that saw her climb Kilimanjaro, cycle 187 miles across parts of India and even completed a Himalayan trek in search of the Dalai Lama.
