Denise Nurse is an award-winning entrepreneur, TV presenter, solicitor, and business coach known for breaking barriers and her warm personality. She has presented BBC One’s Escape to the Country and is a legal expert on Morning Live. She co-founded Halebury, Black Founders Hub, and Support SEND Kids, championing flexible work, diversity, and education rights.
About Denise Nurse
Denise Nurse is best known for presenting BBC One’s Escape to Country. As a lawyer she is currently one of Morning Live’s regular experts appearing weekly and has also presented on BBC’s Watch Dog. She has also presented the weather for Sky News, including live from Glastonbury, and was a travel presenter on location and in studio for Sky Travel.
As an Entrepreneur in 2007 she co-founded Halebury, a pioneering UK law firm that introduced flexible, agile and remote working to the legal industry. In 2018 she successfully sold the business to a US based global consulting company.
Denise is the Co-Founder of Black Founders Hub, the peer networking organisation for Black Founders of ambitious professional services businesses and of Support SEND Kids, s a charity that is creating a platform to make access to educational rights easier for children with special educational needs and disabilities and their families.
Denise is an inspirational keynote speaker, sharing her business and tv life story and inspiring women to realise their value and create wealth legacies. She is a business and life coach focussed on creating economic empowerment for her clients. She lives in SW London with her husband and three children and cat and loves to dance.
