Leda Glyptis

Leda Glyptis is a fintech executive, former banker and internationally recognised expert in digital transformation, innovation and the future of financial services. With more than 20 years’ experience across banking, technology and transformation, she is regarded as one of the industry’s leading voices on how organisations can modernise, innovate and navigate change.

Leda has held senior leadership roles across global financial institutions and fintech businesses, including Chief Client Officer at 10x Banking, founding CEO of 11:FS Foundry and Chief Innovation Officer at Qatar National Bank. Earlier in her career, she led innovation and transformation initiatives at BNY Mellon.

Alongside her executive work, Leda advises boards, leadership teams and fintech founders on digital transformation, operational change and innovation strategy. She has also held a number of Non-Executive Director and advisory positions across the fintech sector, including chairing Geophy through its successful acquisition by Walker & Dunlop.

A respected commentator on fintech and banking innovation, Leda is the author of Bankers Like Us: Dispatches from an Industry in Transition and writes the popular #LedaWrites column for Fintech Futures. Her second book, Beyond Resilience: Patterns of Success in Fintech and Digital Transformation, is due for publication in 2025.

Leda is a frequent keynote speaker at major global events including Money20/20, Finovate and Sibos, speaking on digital disruption, leadership, innovation and the future of banking. She studied at King’s College Cambridge and holds both an MSc and PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
