Pearl has turned her hand to fashion textiles and design, having launched her design company Pearl in 2001. Working with lace, she produced curtains and tablecloths that were so hugely successful, that she expanded into designing a line of beautiful vintage inspired handmade bespoke dresses. The Cross and Liberty's stocked her exclusive lace dress range. As part of the ‘Brit pop’ crowd in the nineties, Pearl became synonymous with fashion, drugs and rock ‘n roll, hanging out with the infamous ‘Primrose Hill set’. 2007 saw her publish 'All that Glitters'; her memoirs that provide a fascinating insight into a world which appears scintillating but is relentless in its destructiveness.
Pearl is also a strong supporter of homeless charity ‘Crisis’, and collaborated with them and other Indie bands on a music based project ‘Crisis Consequences’ in 2008. As a media and fashion icon, Pearl continues to expand across her many talents with TV and journalism work. Her incredible experiences and ‘pop royalty’ credentials make her a cool and insightful personality for a variety of projects. In 2001 she set up textile and design company ‘Pearl’. Her long-time partner is ‘Supergrass’ drummer Danny Goffey and together they have three children. She also has a daughter, Daisy, with Gavin Rossdale of rock group 'Bush', who has become a highly successful model in her own right.
