Ross hosts the network’s global daily business news programme "Worldwide Exchange" live from London which broadcasts simultaneously in the US and Asia. He also hosts and takes an executive producer role for the channel’s brand new daily UK money show, Strictly Money, interviewing senior UK business leaders, politicians and opinion formers.
Ross has anchored a number of series beyond business and finance for CNBC, including Money & Sport and The Media Show and contributes to High Net Worth, CNBC’s luxury and style programme in the US. He’s also starting a regular segment on the Countdown to the Olympics. His passion for sport continues in his programming as he hosts CNBC’s annual Wimbledon coverage and has also covered The Ryder Cup.
Other events covered live include the UK party conferences, G8 and G20 meetings, International Advertising Festival, the CEBIT technology fair and France’s premier investment conference at La Baule.
Ross has moderated many diverse discussions at events around Europe including for the last five years at the World Economic Forum in Davos. He has presented key note sessions at Mipcom and Mip TV with the likes of You Tube founder Chad Hurley and Tom Cruise’s business partner Paula Wagner and will shortly be hosting panels for NESTA, the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts and the Global Sports Forum in Barcelona.
He regularly presents awards such as the Spears Wealth Management Award for the hedge fund and asset management industry and has hosted a private dinner/talk show event for BT with Damon Hill as his guest.
A regular contributor to radio programmes Ross has co-presented Wake up to Money on Radio 5 and is currently a daily contributor to LBC Radio on both the breakfast and lunchtime news bulletins.
